How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number so you are able to follow your order online through our courier service.
What are your delivery options?
We use the default Economic Saver delivery option with all courier services we collaborate with. This usually means a delivery between 5-11 working days for US and European customers, and depending on your location if you are outside these regions, a delay to a maximum of 25 working days. In case you would prefer to have your order delivered Express (3-5 working days), please contact us immediately so we can assist. Keep in mind that Express delivery will be charged.
How do I return an item?
We will assist you in the return process in case your purchase arrived damaged or arrived in a different color or size than you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible but within 7 days of receiving the item so we can initiate the return process for you and discuss a suitable solution, either full refund or replacement product.
How can I contact your couriers?
Since we deliver globally, we use several courier services depending on region and continent. Therefore our couriers will receive your phone number to contact you in case of delivery related queries or delays. In case you are concerned about your delivery, please contact us so we can contact the courier service responsible for your delivery.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we deliver internationally from several warehouses within Europe, Canada and North America. Since the majority of our manufacturers are located in Europe, Canada and the US, delivery will usually be within 5-11 working days.
What is your returns policy?
In the unfortunate situation that you receive your purchase damaged or it is lost during delivery, we provide you with the choice of a full refund, or a replacement product. Please contact us in these situations immediately so we can start working on a resolution for you.
